GF Sugar Cookies

Step 1: Mix Dry Ingredients and set aside.
3 ½ cups King Arthur cup for cup gf flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Xanthan Gum
Step 2: In mixer, cream the following.
1 Cup softened butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
Step 3: Add the following to the mixer mixture above.
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
Step 4: Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in mixer.
Directions:
1-Mix dry ingredients in step 1 and set aside.
2-In mixer mix all ingredients in step 2 and cream them well together.
3-Add these wet ingredients to the mixer mixture above in step 2 and cream really well.
4-Add dry ingredients from step one to wet ingredients, mix well. Dough will be slightly sticky. Chill for 10 min.
5-Cut dough in half and only roll half the dough at a time. Roll out dough until ¼ inch thick. Cut with favorite cookie shape and place on cookie sheet. Use parchment paper on pan.
6-Bake on convect 325 degrees for 9 minutes or 350 bake for 8 minutes.
*cooking times may vary depending on cookie size. Cookies will puff up and be slightly brown around edges.
Best frosting is Pillsbury Vanilla. It is GF.
Directions:
1-I microwave the frosting in the microwave for about 30 secnonds.
2-Dip each cookie and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
3-Let harden on counter.
4- Store in sealed container.
